Ashton’s wealth of experience in estate and trust administration, guardianship administration, and probate litigation makes him a valuable addition to Wiggin and Dana. Renowned for his attention to detail, kindness, and clientcentered approach, Ashton provides counsel to personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, and guardians in all associated practice areas.

An active member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Young Lawyers

Division of the Florida Bar, Ashton’s commitment to legal excellence is underscored by his academic achievements. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California Santa Barbara before pursuing his legal studies at the University of Miami School of Law, where he received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.

During his time at the University of Miami School of Law, Ashton distinguished himself through his involvement in the Startup Practicum and the Professional Responsibility and Ethics Program, while also completing an impressive 169 hours of pro bono service. His dedication earned him recognition in the University of Miami School of Law’s HOPE Pro Bono Challenge.

Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, Ashton balances his legal career with a passion for outdoor activities.
