Scott Richman

Scott Richman joins Wiggin and Dana as counsel in our Boca Raton office. Scott brings his thirty years of experience in estate planning to the Private Client Services Department.

Scott is an effective and devoted problem solver for his clientele and chiefly focuses on domestic and international tax and estate planning for high-net-worth clients. Scott’s vast experience and high skill set also include handling complex administration matters for Trusts and Estates. Scott engages in controversy work/litigation on behalf of clients in the areas of Trusts, Estates and Taxation (IRS/FDOR) and also handles representation for the establishment of premarital and post-marital agreements.

Scott received his Juris Doctorate degree from University of Miami School of Law where he served as Special Features Editor for the Inter-American Law Review and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University.

Scott is a Miami native and has lived and worked in South Florida his entire life. During that time, he has fostered solid, long-term relationships and goodwill within both the professional and financial community.

Scott resides with his wife in Highland Beach and has three children. He enjoys golf and tennis in his spare time.
